Capcom has confirmed that it will be supporting Wii U, despite being one of the few firms not to announce a single game for the platform thus far. That, apparently, is set to change soon, as the publisher’s teasing a “surprise” announcement.
Senior VP Christian Svensson revealed that Capcom has “some good stuff coming” for Wii U through a post on Capcom’s community website.
“I’d love to tell you more…” he continued, “but for now, I have to keep it a surprise. Sorry.”
Is it Resident Evil 6? It could be, but it could also be one of the many titles Capcom currently has under development, including Lost Planet 3, DmC: Devil May Cry and a sequel to Dragon’s Dogma. You never know, probably all of them could be headed Wii U’s way.
