Uncharted 3 Multiplayer Now Live, Full Game Will Require Online Pass – More Details

It’s official, although Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception doesn’t come out till November 1st, (exactly 2 months from now) the game’s multiplayer component is now live.

So how exactly do you get in? Details below.

There’s a Sony/Subway promotion going on right now that nets you a code to get into Uncharted 3′s multiplayer by eating at Subway. Cool stuff.

For our friends in Europe, PS Plus members will be able to jump in come Monday, October 3rd.

“European PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to get involved in the Uncharted 3 MP experience next week. Full details on Monday,” said SCEE.

Finally, those who plan on purchasing Uncharted 3 used will have to purchase an online pass to get into its multiplayer, as the action/adventure title will require it. If you buy new, however, you won’t need to worry.

It was Juan Jimenez, Software Manager of Sony Spain, who today confirmed the news to The Vault, adding it’s something we will see regular moving forward.
