Rumor Water: Metal Gear Solid: Rising To Release On July 3rd In U.S.

More rumor water’s loitering our domain, guys, and this one actually could be true.

According to a listing posted on GameStop, Kojima Production’s Metal Gear Solid: Rising will see a July 3rd release in the U.S.

As always, drink sparingly.

Previous release dates had the hack-n-slash title scheduled for a 2012 release, so even if GameStop’s own not correct, it’s yet better than the others. Also, GameStop’s been mostly accurate with their dates, so don’t be surprised if it’s rather close to Rising’s planned release.

Konami’s said nothing concerning the listing, as expected.

yeah thats hard to believe cause thats a friday, but then again they could release the game worldwide like MGS4 but i doubt it

I think there is no true release date yet. It is just an estimation.
