Metal Gear Solid: Rising On Display At Microsoft’s Presser, Lot Of Slicing

by Ernice Gilbert on September 15th, 2010, under Hot, Kojima Productions, Konami, News

Metal Gear Solid: Rising’s a hack-n-slash game, and although its producer would like to convince you otherwise, judging by the trailer releassed at E3, we couldn’t come up with another genre that fits the game better.

The title’s once more being showed off at TGS in Microsoft’s press conference, and although nothing solid, or interesting for that matter, was divulged, lots of “slicing” took place.

Matsuyama, producer of Metal Gear Solid Rising, had a live demonstration of the game on the Xbox 360, and all that was demonstrated was slicing of mechs, melons, buildings, bricks and what not.

He did say, however, that the game’s on schedule but Kojima Productions wasn’t ready give a release date yet.

Then the Rising team walked out.
