Square-Enix can’t be trusted on the subject matter anymore, they’ve lied one too many times about it. But what about Final Fantasy Versus XIII producer Tetsuya Nomura, what’s he got to say about the ordeal?
According to some tweets…..well, you be the judge.
“Multiplatform is when you start development on a game with the assumption of optimizing for multiple platforms,” Nomura tweeted. “Porting is something that’s done after you’ve developed a game specifically for a particular platforms. The debate over porting is decided by the management based off the current market and the costs.
All I can say right now as a developer is that Versus is being developed specifically for the PlayStation 3.”
This comes shortly after hints were given concerning a Final Fantasy XIII Xbox 360 release in Japan. But what does all this really mean? Will Versus XIII see an Xbox 360 release just like XIII did?

Sounds like a confirmation to me.
he clarified his posts after CVG dropped him a line and said its being made for the ps3, if it releases elsewhere is yet to be seen.
sounds like it will be coming, but not till the ps3 version is out.
i can not believe the sellouts $E have become lately, there worse than crapcom!
Listen man, Square-Enix is the biggest sellout in gaming history; first rate liars too. Not that I have a problem with the game coming to any other platform, but goodness, keep you word if you’re going to say something.
o yeah!
$E = the whores of the video game industry!
you cant believe a single thing they say, in fact if they were to say the sky is blue i would instantly sprint out side just to check.
