Coming to a console near you soon is the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid: Rising. The game, judging from the trailer released is awesome, but what’s even more intriguing is the amount of swordplay Kojima’s new title.
Slash mechanics are a key concept for the game, and many times, the game’s developers referred to it as “katana” and “slash”. So it’s obvious that generally you’ll be slashing your way through stages. If that’s the case, Metal Gear Solid: Rising is the perfect fit for Sony’s Move.
Think about it, Move is a very precised peripheral, and the new team at Kojima productions are not new to game development. The combination would be perfect. Using the Move to slash your way to victory would be downright massive. A win.
The including of Move in Rising would also help sell the device to Sony’s hardcore crowd, which, by the way, is warming slowly to Move.
More details on Metal Gear Solid: Rising

The game takes place after Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and before Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. It’ll also explain how Raiden became a ninja in MGS4.
The glowing spine he ripped out in the trailer, will be key to Raiden’s success and progression in the game. According to director Minesh Kimura, although the game is mostly a hack your way through title, there will still be stealth elements in the game, but it’ll still be faster than its predecessor: Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots.
Raiden will have sub weapons apart from his sword.
We’ll give you more information as it’s available.
