OnLive, it promises to be the all-in-all of cloud service. Who needs PS3, Xbox 360 or Wii? OnLive offers all the games, it’s cost effective and almost all the major publishers have already signed up to deliver some of the biggest titles we enjoy on consoles to said service. So will it be a revolution? I’m not sure, I love my consoles and I’m a collector so if anything, mines will be a reluctant switch; and I don’t believe consoles are going anywhere anytime soon.
But the guys of OnLive would beg to defer, they have “big news” at GDC this week, therefore if you’re interested seat tight.
“Keep an eye on Steve’s keynote address this Wednesday at GamesBeat@GDC. Big events call for big new,” the firm tweeted.
Steve Perlman of OnLive will give a keynote tomorrow at Gamesbeat@GDC.
Look out for it.

I’m somewhat interested… I’ll always prefer my console but this could be a nice addition to my entertainment needs. I’m not into pc gaming at all and for games like crysis 2, project offset this could be a way for me and others to experience these titles without breaking the bank (that’s if these flagship pc titles are offered on the service).
