Konami, in responding to a query on twitter, has confirmed that PES 2015 is now under development and will be released on PS4.

The tweet caused some confusion because it only mentioned PS4 as a platform, intentionally, it seems, leaving out Xbox One — and there’s some precedence here, as PES 3 was a PS2 exclusive. However it’s highly unlikely that the incoming game won’t be released on Xbox One.
