Battlefield 4 Beta Gets Obliteration Mode

Get away from Conquest and Domination, son.

DICE is now rolling out into the Battlefield 4 beta a new mode: Obliteration.

In said mode: Simply have to destroy the enemy’s target before they destroy yours – but there’s a twist: only one bomb is available at a time, and you fight to gain control of the bomb, transport it to the enemy’s camp and then detonate it.

Anyone else on the PS3 not able to group with friends or is it just me? Sucks having to try and get into a server and hope friends make it in too.

I haven’t had that problem. Problem I’ve been having is trying to get my mic to work!

So you are able to group up with friends and then enter a match like BF3? My friend and I have tried this and I’ve even spoke with others in game with the same problem. BF twitter does nothing to help.

Works just fine. Mezzo and I just had a couple rounds. Here’s how to get in easy: First join a match, and then invite your friend to the match.

Yeah. I’m aware of that, but It isn’t that easy. What the heck did Dice leave that option out of the beta?? Is it because their release of BF3 had terrible team keeping issues and they can’t figure it out again?? I know it’s a beta but that seems a bit half assed if you can’t gather a team of friends to enjoy before entering. Good luck trying to get more than one while in a match.
