Sega To Announce New Console At E3?

Sega is planning something big for E3, but what exactly that “big” thing is is anyone’s guess. However the more I look a the image that was picked up by NeoGAF user shaowebb, the more I lean towards a console reveal.

Truth is, I’m leaning towards a console reveal because I’d like to see some disruption than anything else, and not really because of the image immediately below.

This could simply be a new service from Sega – hell, it could even be a new game. No one knows for sure, and since that’s the case, I’ll leave you guys to speculate in the comments.
