Weekend Quencher 02/02/13 – The Big Meeting, Edition

On February 20th, 2013, Sony will be hosting a big meeting in New York City about “the future of PlayStation”, and there, the PS4 will be unveiled. Pause, and calmly thing about that… It’s the weekend, friends, what are you guys up to?

This weekend I’ll get more into Crysis 3′s beta, I must admit the more I play, the more I enjoy it. I’ll get back into inFamous 2, complete LittleBigPlanet 2 with my wife, and finally play some Battlefield 3. Long list, and I’m not sure if I’ll get it all done, but that, at least, is the intention.

Apart from gaming, the weekend remains a quiet one for me. I’m supposed to take my mom and wife out to see a flick tonight so I’ll probably do that.

In the interim, I’ll be thinking about PlayStation 4 and how it impacts the industry: everything from games to platforms. Note: you can expect Xbox 720 to be announced very soon – in fact right after PS4 is revealed, MS will most likely announce its next-gen plans. I’m sure you’re excited.

    Well since I’m new around here I would like to say that you guys are a nice bunch of people, having sane and deep conversations.

    While I love to game, I have the IGCSE exams coming up and I have to study a lot. So gaming time has been reduced to 2-3 hours only on weekends. :c

    But when the exams are over, gaming time baby!

    aint playing anything this weekend, gonna be at relatives house watching the superbowl even though i don’t like the ravens or 49ers. but hey im not gonna pass up free food lol. have a good weekend everyone

    I will be at work as usual. But when not working I will be playing Yakuza:Dead Souls and Syndicate. May also dust off the Vita for AC3:Liberation. I’m excited to see what Sony has to say/show on Feb 20th. I just hope if we get a PS4 reveal, we get a release no later than Sept…would be torture to announce and then make us wait until Nov!!!
