The Next Assassin’s Creed Will Take Place In Brazil

Of course there’s another Assassin’s Creed incoming, you didn’t expect Ubisoft to simply stop producing games from its biggest franchise, did you? The real question is where will the firm take the story next. Well, Ubisoft Brazil managing director says the next chapter in the Assassin’s Creed saga will take us to Brazil.

The report was published in Portuguese and Gamespot translated it, revealing the juicy details.

Anybody up for a Rio run? I know I am.

nice change of scenery. can’t wait, i loved AC3 only problem was the side missions. this they need to make the side missions actually worth doing.

come on a ubisoft employee is not going to openly talk about this, he would have 10 rabid starving dogs sent after him!
    mr burns times 1000!
if its accurate though, hmmmmmm i dunno.
cant really say much because i dont know enough about the architectural layout of the country, or its history, but judging from what we saw in MP3, yes its a modern title in a modern timeline, i cant see it suiting.
i wish they would take the series back to Istanbul, just the architectural layout of that area is simply stunning!
most of the scenes in the new bond film skyfall were shot there, same as the taken series.
it just has the layout and buildings so well suited to a assassins creed game!
personally id like to see them take a more fictional scope on things though.
to me the ideal location would be the cities from revelations mixed in with the wilderness and jungle from 3.
sadly a place like that does not exist to my knowledge, so why not do a fictional place?
yea the series is famous for being as accurate to historical locations as possible, but mixing one real place with another really is not going to hurt anything is it?
