The game’s executive producer Patrick Bach said: “We are proud to finally open the curtains and reveal Battlefield 3. The core development team has been together since 2005. We’ve grown together, taken some knocks together and now, we’re ready to take first person shooters to a whole new level, together.
Like so many gamers out there, we’ve had some pretty wild ideas about what we’d want to see in a shooter. Until now, it was all just fantasy. But with Frostbite 2, even our most far-reaching ideas are becoming a reality. This is the game we’ve always wanted to create.”
Beta goes live in September across all platforms.

EA was the best amongst pubs.
nah, ubisoft was.
EAs demos were short and boring, and they only had 1 shock announcement insomniacs game and that had no gameplay footage just a short teaser trailer.
ubisofts had heaps of shocks, all the demos were fun and interesting, and they were decently lengthed.
as i said before i watched every second of ubis conference and was glued to the screen the whole time!
EA, M$ and sonys on the other hand i skipped half of the demos because they were boring!
O, forgot ME3 that was the favor without that they would of been dead in the water!
1 surprise insomniacs game, and 2 expected but mind blowing demos from ME3 and SWTOR.
