Video Thirst: New Medal Of Honor Live Action Trailer’s Mental

I remember when EA said it once was king of the FPS genre but in recent times have lost its crown to mega publisher Activision. I also remember EA uttering fighting words: “We want our crown back”.

I have a feeling that they’re on the right track, judging by this live action Medal of Honor Trailer. You can deliberate past the break.

The game will be available on October 12th in the US, and on the 15th in Europe.

oh dear lord here we go again!
anyway, ive never really had much interest in this, i mean how many war games can we play?
i dunno about anyone else, but i kinda get bored playing the same shit over and over and over and over and over and over and over again!

  • Ernice Gilbert

    Feeling your pain, bro.

kinda off topic but this has been irking me for ages.
how come MoH gets a free pass but six days in falujah got so much media hate it was put on hold!?
i mean MoH is based on a real war, and EA have tier 1 operators in the dev studio helping them out!
six days is also based on a real war, and is being developed by ex soldiers!
so why has one copped so much hate and the other has not?
i think its because the media does not know MoH is based on real life wars, if they did they would be up in arms!
i just dont understand the problem.
i mean yea you could call it controversial and insensetive to those who lost loved ones in those circumstances BUT THERE THE ONES MAKING THE DAM GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i dunno, its almost like there bitching for the sake of it!

  • Ernice Gilbert

Yeah, I see you point. Never occurred to me. I’ll never understand why the canned the game, although I hear it’s still under development. But you’re right, they have no idea that you’ll be playing as the Taliban in MoH…

Was Al Queda? I’m not sure…

Without delving into the poli(tricks)tics of it all MOH gets a pass because the war in Afghanistan is vastly overshadowed by the war in Iraq. It is not part of the daily conversation be it public, media or entertainment unless (ahem) you are there. Also timing is the key imagine if the those leaked documents concerning the war in Afghanistan had came out during E3 I believe MOH would come under a little fire. Last but not least marketing comes into play with a name like Six Days in Fallujah you are kind of asking for trouble.

“Last but not least marketing comes into play with a name like Six Days in Fallujah you are kind of asking for trouble.” Well said.

six days is still coming out apparently, there waiting till breach there XBLA online only game releases later in the year.
apparently there waiting hoping to snag a publisher, if not they may try and publish it themselves depending on how breach goes.
so there basically relying on breach to sell well so they can have enough funds to release six days themselves.
crap games like COD get released like flies, but hard true honest innovative titles like six days dont.
    wheres the justice in that!?

  • Ernice Gilbert

I know what you mean. I’d buy that game in a snap.
