Sony has revealed that although Evolution Studios tinkered with the VR headset, the studio’s game, DriveClub, wasn’t delayed because of it, and that the game won’t be compatible with the device.
That’s according to Sony’s boss of Worldwide Studios, Shuhei Yoshida, speaking in an interview with Gamespot.
“There’s a rumor about the reason of the push back of Driveclub was to make it Morpheus compatible…that’s totally untrue,” he said. Yoshida also revealed that while testing DriveClub with Morpheus, that the experience was “king of sickening”.
Still, no release date for Drive Club was given.
