Reports were claiming that the Metal Gear Solid title that Konami planned on releasing for Nintendo’s revolutionary handheld was not a full product. The publisher said that’s not the case.
Konami said that although they’re just in “testing grounds” at the moment, Metal Gear Solid 3D: Snake Eater is indeed a “full product”.
“Of course, I think we talked about the fact that it is a sample,”Sean Eyestone, the host of Kojima Productions latest podcast said . “That’s one thing. So you know, not saying that we won’t bring it out in the future or anything like that. We can’t say one way or the other whether or not something like that will come out on the 3DS.”
“At this point we can’t say anything. But what we did show at E3 was a sample of what we can do with the 3DS.”
“[We're] just testing the grounds, see what we can do with that platform and see what the fans would say,” podcast co-host Christopher Johns added.
“This title, we expect a lot of comments. We want to hear the feedback. Hideo [Kojima] really wants to hear the feedback, especially. I think it might help bring it out, maybe.”
The game was unveiled recently at E3.
Thanks Eurogamer.

Mothers and children Nick, that’s why the thing sells so darn much!
huh, i only wish my parents were like that when i was a kid!
you have no idea the arguments and getting on my knees and begging i had to do to get them let me buy a ps1 with my own money!
i brought a gameboy color home one day, and my father almost threw it in the bin!

which is extremely hypocritical considering my fathers a gran turismo nut!
