Resident Evil 2 is widely considered to be one of the best entries in the Resident Evil franchise. It introduced us to two of the series’ most popular characters and improved upon the formula created by the original. So much so in fact that it surpassed the first title in every way possible.
Wow, I do remember my cousins having this game on the PlayStation, and then I played it on the GameCube as the remake.
I never played Resident Evil 3, so I may have to skip the next one! AHHH!

I can feel the nostalgia in the air, I am a big fan and have alot of memories tied to playing through the resident evil franchise. Good job colt keep the awesome videos coming I love your tastes in throwback games and you can’t get no better than the Resident Evil franchise. Now if I can only figure out a way to get back to 1998 and experience this game all over again for the first time.

Exactly Ernice I love how Resident Evil forced you to choose which zombies to shoot and which ones to run like the wind from and that camera angle only added to the suspense. I’m actually in the process of replaying the Resident Evil franchise I forget a lot of what happened since it’s been 12 plus years since I played them but I still remember some of the intense moments like they were yesterday.
Resident evil 2 is my favorite in the series. Just thinking about part 2 brings back really good memories. I remember the first time I popped the disk in and I was blown away from start to finish. It was nice having scenario A and B and I feel no other resident evil game captures the survival horror experience as well as resident evil 2 did.
Ah yes, the series has been an outstanding one indeed, well that’s until RE5…
