Sony recently lowered the price of PS3, and that made the console cheaper than the 3G version of PS Vita, which costs $299. This means a console that plays Blu-Ray, DVDs, surf’s the Internet and can double as a home entertainment system is now cheaper than a handheld.

As cool as it is…I will not be getting one at launch. It is a matter of how much will I actually use the thing and I got to buy games for the PS3 AND the VITA. Just can’t afford that right now. But it is something I would like to buy at some point in time.
