The creator of some of the most enjoyed tittles of all time; think God of War and Twisted Metal amongst others. The guy’s a genius, albeit one who talks a lot has now said he no longer “connects” with review scores, and that he’s paying attention to fan feedback only.
Jaffe said he feels journalists “are going out of their way to praise the artistic for its own sake at the expense of vidoegames.”
Adding: “Don’t get me wrong – a good review makes my night, but I no longer find myself connecting with what a lot of reviewers go for and so it doesn’t matter as much to me anymore.”
It’s possible that Jaffe is working tirelessly on a new Twisted Metal Effort, however he’s yet to confirm the rumor.

I love David Jaffe he has created some awesome, memorable franchises. He was funny as heck at the DICE award shows, and I couldn’t hear what one guy yelled in audience, but David Jaffe yelled back Hold on bitch, 8 or 9 months so I’m hoping he is talking bout Twisted Metal this would be an awesome reboot with HD visuals
