At Bungie, there’s a new game under development, but unlike the Halo franchise, it’s not being fueled by Microsoft dollars and it most likely will not be an exclusive. But will the game come to PS3? Bungie has nothing to say about the possibility.
“I think our whole future’s kind of undefined right now and it’s definitely not something we’re going to be comfortable getting into too much detail about,” Bungie’s community head Brian Jarrard said to CVG.
“We’ve had another team internally [other than those making Halo: Reach] for quite a while now – they’ve been working on the genesis of what will become our next big thing.
“It’s a little premature to get into specifics, but you know, I think we have a really good mix of old blood and new blood in the studio,” he further added.
At the Tokyo Game Show in 2008, Bungie confirmed it was working on a new IP, giving no other hint. In July 09 however, the studio said it was close to closing a deal with an unnamed publisher.
It’d be awesome to see what they could do with PS3’s architecture. I’m sensing an epic detailed enviroment fps coming, cant wait to hear more

Everyone get’s crazy about halo! Halo is what it is because of Bungie an awesome team of people who know how to make a good game. I can’t wait for them to bring that to the PS3! One things for sure it won’t have Halo in it’s title but you can expect the same quality!
