Splinter Cell: Conviction Listed As Coming To PS3 And Xbox 360 At Blockbuster

Splinter Cell: Conviction will be available on the Xbox 360 and PC in April, Ubisoft has consistently made it clear that the game is a true 360 exclusive, but are they telling the truth?

Will we witness the game come to PS3 sooner rather than later? According to a Blockbuster listing, it just might.

Look at the scan below, although could be a typo, it shows a number of games and movies with the dates and times they’ll be available, but what caught my attention was the Splinter Cell: Conviction listing that also lists PS3 as one of the platforms.

It’s also listed as available on February 23rd, the date it was supposed to be released before Ubisoft abruptly postponed it to a later date.

Does Blockbuster know something we don’t? Hopefully Ubisoft will come out and clarify the situation, but something is curiously going on behind the scenes. I always wondered why the game was delayed and why so many other clues have be popping up all around the web.

Share your thoughts, do you think Conviction will be ported over to PS3, and would it be a good move?

Coming to ps3? not now. It obviously a typo. This happened many times before. But it would be cool if everyone could play it. Since it was a series that was Multiplatform. But I’m getting it on pc so……

Awesome find, could be a typo but if Ubisoft wants to makes more money off Splinter Cell they should go to all platforms.

i would not take blockbuster as a “confirmation” not even a rumor mill.
they always have wrong listings, they had heavy rain last night listed as release date 25/7/09.
    WTF?

dam im REALLY! late to the party.
id be jumping for joy if it happened, but i doubt it will.
