I’m sorry, this new trailer and screens of Quantum Theory (after the jump), reminds me of only one thing: Gears of War III. Yep the game’s is not even out yet but it seems Techmo’s new title has already done all the game hoped to do, save the chainsaw guns.
Quantum Theory was once a PS3 title but recently went mulitplat. The reasons? Well one can only guess Techmo wanted more people to play its game, hence raking in more profit, you can’t blame a company that’s trying to stay alive for maximize its market.
It seems however, Quantum Theory, as a PS3 exclusive, looked to take on the Gears of War franchise; the PS3 version so to speak. But now that the game’s gone multiplatform, the similarities do not bode too well. Wonder how Epic’s Cliff Bleszinski feels about this. Hmm.
