As Darkrsiders II prepares for launch in less than a month, THQ and Vigil Games are boosting momentum, and if the latest trailer released is any indication, expect Darksiders II to be one hell of a game. Literally.
Darksiders II will be released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC next month.

Sleeping Dogs looks great indeed, but I say, keep your money for GTAV. It’s guaranteed to blow us out the water again, it’s very likely that it’ll come in late holiday season (which looks barren at this moment in time), and Square Enix has to impress me for quite some years. I’m not counting Hitman as a SE game though, nor Deus Ex, I’m waiting for a SE developed game that will restore my faith in them.
PS: DSII collector’s is on pre-order, 14/8/2012 can’t come any sooner though!
Good point, Christos, but Rockstar hasn’t been saying much. I hope it gets released this year.

plus sleeping dogs could not be more different than GTA!
sleeping dogs is allot more focused on its story than its open world, if anything its MAFIA 2 but with martial arts instead of guns.

as for darksiders 2 looks freaking awesome, but why did they have to change the combat so much?
they have removed everything that made darksiders so unique and awesome!

I agree Nick, they did change the combat for Darksiders 2,but I’m hoping that I can take it in stride and still enjoy the game. Truth is, I liked Red Faction Guerrilla, hope the same will be said for Darksiders 2. I like THQ as a whole and dont mind supporting them with my $$. I also agree with Christos about SE having been less than good this console generation.
yea me too i really enjoyed RFG thats why i brought it up.
im hoping this will be exactly like that, totally different to the franchise but still a awesome game on its own!
i just hope they do a darksiders 3 and this time a direct sequel to the original!
