Although inFamous 2 has all the buzz at the moment, topping all to become PS3′s bestselling game in June, there’s another game that we all should keep on our radars. It’s very similar to Sucker Punch’s sandbox, but at the same time very unique. Check out the developer diary of Prototype 2 below the break, and listen as the Radical Entertainment team discusses how when using the tendrils, you can grab bits of the environment such as cars, and pull them in towards an enemy and smash him.

I remember writing an article titled Prototype 2 Will Soon Be At Your Tail, Sucker Punch, however Radical Entertainment, the developer behind the game, has said it’s a “completely different” experience to what inFamous 2 offers.

It’s hot. So hot you should double up on the amount of water in your fridge, as you’ll need tons of it to cool down the temperature. Yes indeed, Activision’s just sent live the E3 trailer of Prototype 2.

Activision’s released a spanking new trailer for Radical Entertainment-developed Prototype 2, the open world sequel that will see a release next year. And quite honestly, it holds promise. There’s also an interesting dev diary integrated in the trailer.
While the PS3 exclusive inFamous 2 will be electrifying consoles the world over when it releases in June, Radical Entertainment’s Prototype 2 will still be in prototype stage readying for a release on all formats come 2012. That, however, does not mean we won’t be given teasers to keep our thirst at decent levels. In fact the hype’s already begun, with the first extended trailer unveiled at GDC past the break.
There’s a Prototype teaser trailer posted below the break, one that’s short and struggles to convey a definitive message.
Prototype 2′s been announced for 2012. And by the look of things, Activision’s on the right road with it.

Since inFamous 2′s unveiling by GameInformer Magazine, the Sucker Punch crew has been making the rounds at different media outlets. What are they talking about you ask? Well, inFamous 2! and how it’s so much better than the first installment. They said inFamous 2 wouldn’t be possible on the Xbox 360 and how now, apparently, the game’s really pushing the PS3 on all cylinders.
