At E3 2009, Sony announced at its presser, that Square-Enix’s MMORPG, Final Fantasy XIV, would be available only on the PS3, and PC of course, but later, rumors started surfacing that the game would also finds its way onto the Xbox 360.
According to Square-Enix’s Hiromichi Tanaka, Final Fantasy XIV will be skipping the Xbox 360 because of the system’s closed online environment.
Square-Enix’s MMO, Final Fantasy XIV should be out later this year (although it’s not too certain now). Many gamers who enjoyed FFXI are eagerly awaiting the game’s arrival so to help quench their thirst, and at the same time build hype, the publishing giant has released yet another batch of screens.
