The demo of Bodycount went live on Xbox Live earlier today so we decided to give you a first look to see if it’s worth the download time. Check it out for an overview of what to expect in the game all to the backdrop of some of the most kick-ass action available. Bodycount might not be the prettiest or most revolutionary game to come out this year but bloody hell is it good fun.
Without early notice, Codemaster’s just announced via a tweet that a Bodycount demo will be released on Xbox Live today, however PSN was not mentioned, although we expect it to come in the next PlayStation Store update.
Bodycount hasn’t been the recipient of much hype although it’s releasing soon, but the game’s shaping up to be pretty good, a shooter that’s different from the rest. In the latest developer diary, the team talks about how they created the Bodycount world, the enemies gamers will be up against, and the reason for the war.

Codemasters has released a new trailer for its upcoming shooter Bodycount, and in it, you’ll hear beautiful music play while chaos tears the world apart. It’s all happening in Asia, by the way, so prepare to feast your eyes on some visually amazing scenery below the break.

Codemasters have just made known that Bodycount will release in Europe on September 2nd. It’ll be available for PS3 and Xbox 360.

When Stuart Black left Codemasters and Bodycount, a game that’s been under his direction for quite some time, everything looked dim. We heard nothing of Bodycount for months, and some even thought it’d been canceled.
