New Black Mesa Screenshots

Half-Life remake Black Mesa sees a launch this month but before that happens, some new screenshots have been released to get fans all pumped.

According to a post on Black Mesa’s official forums, September 14th will mark the first release and will allow players to play through the game up to Lambda Core. Said project lead Carlos Montero:

We believe this is a great way to provide a complete-feeling 8-10 hour experience with a solid ending, make our fans happy and help us make the best overall game possible.

Not to be confused with Half-Life: Source, which was the original game remastered in Source, Black Mesa instead sees Half-Life remade from the ground up, built entirely in Source as a total conversion of Half-Life 2.

I played Half-Life one, but I never finished. Seems like this will be a great motivation to finish it since it’s awesome and free! Also where does the link lead to? It isn’t working over here for me.
