Valve’s new EULA gets them in trouble, in Europe

Valve Software recently changed Steam’s EULA (End User License Agreement). The Federation of German Consumer Organization (Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband e.V. in German, or VZBV) gave Valve time until October 10th, to respond to a claim that the new EULA is treating consumers unfairly, and unequally.
