Fired Bungie Composer Settles For $95,000 In Dispute With Developer

Former Bungie composer Marty O’Donnell has settled a legal dispute against the developer’s CEO Harold Ryan, winning $95,019 for unpaid work and damages, Venture Beat has made known.

This comes right after O’Donnell’s termination from Bungie in May, which he claimed was “without cause”.

According to the report, Ryan will pay O’Donnell more than $38,385 in unpaid work and accrued holiday time, and another $38,385 for damages. Attorney fees and interest takes the total to $95,019.13.

Bungie’s yet to reveal why it terminated O’Donnell, who was the chief composer at the legendary studio.
