I don’t know much about this console, but at first I’m not too much interested in buying “an Amazon console”. But, of course, if it’s a beast, why not!
And anyway, if it’s not, at least it will bring competition in the gaming business, and that’s always good for us.

Hmm.. Good point. If that’s the case I won’t be buying it for sure. But maybe there’s a market for iOS and Android games on big screens? I thought OUYA’s failure would have taught folks a lesson.

It’s being tested with android and IOS games so I can’t see it being a powerhouse or even a competitor to Sony or MS. Maybe Nintendo?

That’s a good point, bro. I’m actually looking forward to hearing more about this. Because if the big publishers are on board — and if the specs can keep up with PS4 — then Amazon may be looking to cause some serious disruption. Interesting times…

If nothing else Amazon will force the Big 3 to lower their prices. Look at tablet prices before and after the release of the Kindle Fire.

I’m not sure I’d buy a videogames console from Amazon, but like you said, this might be something good. I’ll definitely give them a chance — and the ongoing glance to see if I’m interested!

Amazon has amazing customer service before, during, and after sale of their products. I think it is great but would not do a day one buy
