PS4 Firmware Update 1.52 Now Live

PlayStation 4 firmware update 1.52 is now live. Notes inside.

“PS4 system update 1.52 coming soon, improves system software stability. Protip: Enable Auto Downloads and leave your PS4 in standby mode!,” Sony tweeted.

Sony’s also made known that the MP3 playback and DLNA support will be rolled out soon in a future update.

Last night Microsoft also revealed that it’d be rolling out an Xbox One patch to fix a whole host of issues.

The damn PS4 doesn’t automatically log in and download crap. I have all the settings on to do so but I have to power it up and then it starts.

My ps4 is still freezing and very unstable since update 1.51 and thought update 1.52 would fix it but it didnt.
