I’ve had both single and multi-player blues. Ironically, it only freezes on operation lockdown. Even more ironic – it stopped for a good week after I purchased premium because ghosts was so terrible; and started up again tonite, though anything but conquest works fine!

this has happened to me too. i have already completed the campaign and was going again on hard difficulty for my platinum trophy, only to realise that none of my collectibles or campaign unlocks have saved?! does this mean that i now have to go through and collect every single collectible again?
Hog Fan, ive heard problems of full arsenal not unlocking straight away according to the playstation trophies forums, i do believe it comes eventually though but you have to wait a while before the trophy pops

on level 5 in the campaign, once i entered old town, my game froze in the middle of a save and i lost all my progress. i had already finished the game, i was just playing again for fun, but i lost all my unlocks and progress. i played through it again, and it happened again. i also lost all the multiplayer weapons i got for playing single player. i play ps3 btw

Same here friend. I’m also a battlefield 4 player and play on my ps3. I open the game choose the difficulty level and start playing. When I switch it off and after sometime I open it up choose the campaign option there’s no save data and it again gives me option to choose the difficulty level and start over. I’m hoping that dice would look after the issues we are having as we also want to enjoy bf4. If this doesn’t fixed EA will never be in my gaming shelf.

Whenever I play Battlefield 4 multiplayer, its good for maybe 1 or 2 maps. When its about to go to the 3rd map it freezes and I have to restart my Xbox. It does this alot on China Rising maps and 2nd Assult maps also. I cant even get a 2nd turn off those maps.

I have ps3 and when I play bf4 multiplayer all my unlock guns are lock and I cant rank no more. I got to battlefield.com and I can see all my unlock guns and im on rank 19 but when I go on multiplayer i cant use them.and I was planning to buy premium but if they dont fix it soon im just going to buy another game.

I play on PS3 and I want to like the game, Really I do. But between my campaign data keep getting reset and my MP always freezing I’m really considering just selling it, buying the PS4 bf4 edition and saving cash for a pS4. Please fix this DICE!

I still have tons of issues on my PS4. I downloaded the handgun DLC but they are still locked and cannot be used. I play every single game mode and when I win it does not give me the ribbons saying I won. It also does not keep an XP I earn and the post game screen of ranking up does not appear.

Basically the same thing. I was playing multi then one day it freezes so I had to turn my ps3 off when I did that I turned it back on it had me report the problem then went to play multi again and all of my progress was deleted. Why??
