Microsoft hasn’t made known the release date of its Xbox One console, but a partnership the company’s signed with Doritos and Mountain Dew to giveaway “thousands of Xbox Ones” throughout the holidays, has revealed that the console is pinned for a “late November” launch.
“Xbox One has [a] targeted launch date of late November 2013,” reads the competition’s terms, “therefore, the initial shipments may be slightly delayed; please allow 12-14 weeks for delivery”.
GamesCom was the last major event before the two consoles launch this holiday season, and there Sony revealed that PS4 would hit store shelves on the 15th of November.
