Battlefield 4 runs at 720p on Playstation 4

Safe to assume, Xbox One will get the same treatment.

A large part of the next-gen games are running at 1080p, but that isn’t the case with Battlefield 4 on next-gen consoles. During a GamesCom interview, developer Lars Gustavsson from DICE revealed as much.

This makes Killzone: Shadow Fall all the more impressive, running at 60fps (like Battlefield 4) and 1080p resolution (unlike Battlefield 4).

    Yeah, but I’m sure BF4 will have a lot more going on at one time compared to Killzone. Either way, I don’t really notice much when I’m killing anyways. Haha
