EA’s copying Steam’s every move for its online service dubbed Origin, down to the popular Humble Bundle feature that’s made Steam a, well, steaming success. But with EA being such a massive publisher with the most IPs anywhere, what’s offered up for pay what you will is quite amazing.
You can pay any amount for Dead Space 3, Mirror’s Edge, Medal of Honor, Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box, Crysis 2 Maximum Edition and the original Dead Space, with Battlefield 3 and The Sims 3: Starter Pack offered up if you pay higher than the average pledge.
As of now, the average amount pledged stands at $4.53 (£2.92). But you’ll need to hurry, as the humility thing lasts until next Wednesday, after which you’ll need to wait for another Humble Bundle moment to take advantage of games for cheap.
But alas, the deals are very, very enticing. All one has to do is look at the price of these games when not part of the Humble Bundle to realize how deep these humble bundle discounts are.
