SS4 is just the condensed form of the Great Ape. The transformation multiplies the users power level by 10. So it depends on the user how much stronger he will get. Saiyans could control their Ape form with training. Remember Vegeta when he went that transformation? He had his sanity. Goku or Gohan did not get that training so they could not control it. What you see in the SS3 transformation its midle state of a Great Ape and a Saiyan.

I see you love Samurai a lot. Samurai 7 ? the Mecha Samurai :D, thats something i should see. About Gungrave, based to the game. I can't tell you if it is ''good'' or ''perfect'', but i am sure of it's ''greatness''. You will see weird things, some unnecessary places, but the parts of it that shine are fantastic. And the ending is almost perfect ! (well it has been 6-7-8 years since the time i saw it... but that's what i recall) Umm, have you seen D-Gray Man, Full metal alchemist, Katekyo Hitman Reborn? do they match your style?
