Thirsty Conversations: What Next-Gen Games Are You Most Excited About?

Thirsty Conversations: What Next-Gen Games Are You Most Excited About?

We’ll be saying goodbye to the seventh generation of gaming this holiday season as the hardcore purchase PS4 and Xbox One units by the millions, ushering in the eighth generation, one which promises new experiences and hopefully takes gaming to new heights.

This generation the first-person shooter dominated sales charts, and it seems as if the upcoming gen will also be overtaken by shooters. We have Titanfall, Destiny and the old guards are still hanging tough: Call of Duty: Ghosts, Battlefield 4 and Killzone: Shadow Fall. And while I’m sure all the aforelisted will be great games, I’m looking for a different experience that will take my excitement to an all-new level.

Watch Dogs did that for me, but even more than Watch Dogs was another game from Ubisoft, The Division.

I’m also paying close attention to Bungie’s Destiny as there seems to be new innovations there, so hopefully I won’t be disappointed.

But like I said, The Division has grabbed my attention because it’s new, it’s fresh and, unlike most of what was shown at E3, seems to be a true next-generation gaming experience.

You? Are there any new games you’re looking forward to playing apart from IPs we already know about?

The one that hasn’t been announced yet. (I thought I would put a philosophical spin on it)

The Division for sure! This game looks so amazing!
I’m also looking forward to MGSV: The Phantom Pain, as I am a hardcore MGS fan.

I’m looking forward to a lot of games, but these two the most, I think. Well, I’ll buy a ton of other games too along with this, anyway. so…
