Killer Instinct For Next Xbox?

Killer Instinct For Next Xbox?

Sometime last year it was revealed that Microsoft couldn’t use  the Killer Instinct name for a possible game Rare would be developing, because FOX had secured the trademark after its MS allowed it to expire for a crime drama. But all that’s the past, as both companies have apparently come to an agreement allowing Microsoft to move ahead with, what, Killer Instinct Xbox 720?

Just a few days ago, Fox and Microsoft signed a Trademark Coexistence Agreement, as discovered by NeoGAF user Rösti. These documents are used by two corporations that are comfortable with each other utilizing similar branding.

So, yeah. Things are amicable between the two firms. I’d love me some new Killer Instinct. Wouldn’t you? Share your thoughts!

honestly i don’t even care anymore, because microsoft will find some way to screw this franchise up. they did it with perfect dark zero (i don’t like perfect dark but that’s all i ever hear from everyone that has played that game), banjo-kazooie, conker (which got censored).
