The world and neighboring planets now know that Samsung’s Galaxy S4 will release in April, the 26th to be precised, and although the phone isn’t that different from its predecessor, it’ll sell like the world was about to end. We know that. What we didn’t know, however, is that Samsung would cook up an Xbox 360-looking controller of its own to be compatible with its new smartphone.
According to Engadget, the controller is white, has the d-pad and analogue stick layout of a 360 pad, and has shoulder buttons but no triggers. It’s battery powered (2xAAA), connects via Bluetooth and is able to clamp-on a Note 2 and even a Note 8.0. No price was given.
As for the phone, Galaxy S4 comes ready with a 1080p five inch screen, 2GB RAM, either a Samsung Exynos 5 or Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor (depending on the region), 13 Megapixel camera, and is offered in 16/32/64GB storage varieties.
Also, despite its bigger screen the S4 is actually slimmer than the S3 at only 7.9mm and weighs just 130g.
