Beats Samsung’s ‘Next Big Thing’ ad campaign, other notable brands, for number 1.
The ad went live on February 20th – that’s late in the month, yet still managed to outdo brands like Samsung’s Galaxy IV hype ad, a testament to the power of the PlayStation brand.
It garnered 26 million views from February 20th to the weekend ending March 4th, and continues to be one of the most popular videos trending on YouTube – the the full list of top videos in February, 2013 here.
The list was determined by looking at ads uploaded within the month that “most moved audiences through a combination of promotion (paid ads) and popularity (organic views).”
