Killzone: Shadow Fall Announced – Trailer, Screenshots Inside

Guerrilla Games took to the stage in New York at Sony’s press conference to show off its new Killzone game, dubbed Shadow Fall. It looks mental! We have the trailer and screenshots inside.

Killzone Shadow Fall takes place thirty years after the events of Killzone 3. The world has undergone radical changes and is a very different place from what it was. Two rival factions live side-by-side in a futuristic city divided only by a wall. The two factions are the Helghast and the Vektans. With tensions mounting, the cold war the two are involved in is about to get hot.

Players will assume the role of a Shadow Marshal – a member of an elite Special Forces group that is tasked with the duty of maintaining the delicate balance between the two nations.

No release date was divulged, but we suspect the game will be a PS4 launch title.

lets just hope this is not a repeat of the vita.
the ps4 looks to have a amazing lineup, i just hope they dont do what the vita did, and have 20 launch day games, than 6 games spread out over the next 15 months!
