M$ cant do anything about this though because its REALLY hard to tell if someones using a pirated copy, or if there using a retail copy they shouldent have access to.
this happens all the time, hell copies of halo 4 started popping up in under the desk stores 3 weeks before release last november!
i remember the same thing happened with alan wake, i actually got a retail copy 3 weeks before release.
one thing that REALLY pisses me off, allot of games these days get to stores 2 weeks early and just sit there waiting for the street date.
for instance i went into my local EB store last week and saw copies of tomb raider sitting in the back room, even though its not releasing till march 5th.
3 weeks before release and its already in stores.
so why not release it if its ready to be sold?
why force stores to sit on copies for 3 weeks for absolutely no reason!?
50 bucks says review copies have been out for a while now, and there just putting embargos on them so no one can put a review up till release day or close to.
what for?
whats the purpose, the point on sitting on these things?
