You Can Now Use Paypal For PSN Purchases

It took Sony way too long to implement such an obvious feature, however it’s better later than never.

Paypal on the PlayStation Network has been live in Europe a while ago, however now the feature is available in North America. If you sign in to your PlayStation account on, you can use PayPal to add funds to your wallet.

Here’s how it works:

  • Login at
  • Click “Add Funds to Wallet” from the Account Management screen
  • Click “Add Funds to Wallet” on the next screen
  • And there’s PayPal

As of now, there’s no way to add funds via PS3, as funds can only be added online. Hopefully that changes soon.

Via, PSN Stores.
