Meaning if you’re getting Xbox 720, what launch title would make you drool like a dog eyeing an illegal piece of steak? Same goes for PS4…

PS4 with fallout 4 or dark souls 2 as a a launch title. that would make my head explode.

Me? Here’s my dream: PS4 launching with a Final Fantasy 7 Remake! Oh, my LORD! Killzone 4 would literally, like you, make my head explode! Xbox 720? Let’s see: I really don’t know… I mean, I’d like a Gears….Yeah, that’s it. I new Gears, I suppose.
i don’t have a dream launch for the 720. because i on buying the next xbox at all. there isn’t anything that would make me buy it. unless they come out with some sort of stellar game or pay out a company to make a big franchise exclusive. to me whats the point? i can play 95% of the xbox 360 library on PS3. i would assume the same trend is going to happen next gen. since really third party exclusive are few and far in-between.

Launch for ps4…Killzone 4, Syphon Filter, and FF7 HD remake.

im really excited to see what $ony does with gaikai.
id love to see a full streaming service offering not only a full back catalog of ps1, ps2, ps3, PSP games, but also server up scaling technology which will clean up the graphics for you.
obviously not turning them into ps4 games, but clean up the image slightly.
launch systems always have a issue with games, simple matter of fact, and its never going to go away, so this would be the perfect solution to that.
as for what game id like to see on them, whatever sucker punch is working on next im really excited to see what that is.
also what the other team at ND is doing as long as its not uncharted 4.
id scream like a little girl if $ony brought back team SOHO and revived 8 days and the getaway 3!
most importantly though i REALLY want to see something from team ICO.
we NEED another ICO game as a launch title, there is just simply nothing out there that captures the magic that ICO did!
SOTC i really did not enjoy at all, just did not have the magic that ico shared.
it really broke my heart to see the series creator, and half the freaking studio, leave!

after the long development hell the last guardian has been in, id bet it was $onys pressure on them that made them up and leave.

as for the 360 we NEED a new project dark, a new killer instinct, and a new crackdown!
i cant wait to see what cryteks been working on with them too, its such a shame ryse has been kept under lock and key for so long!
clearly a next gen title which is a shame.
id really love to see them do like a roman empire action RPG styled game, something with strong RPG roots but a combat system like GOW.
this would probably suit the wiiu better, but i wish someone would do a cartoony game like ni no kuni, looks so beautiful and cartoony!

why do developers keep insisting in making such fantastic beautiful worlds than putting in such a boring frustrating battle system?
why is it every single time we get such a beautiful artistic game it always has to have such a boring combat system?
why cant we have such a colorful, creative, cartoony, childish, true japanese styled game, but with the combat system of something like a normal adventure game?
Yeah, I’d really like to see what they do with Gaikai.

well i think we know that half of that is quite likely to be true, but unfortunately a FFvii remake really is pie in the sky. It would take YEARS to make that. could you imagine though if it was…. would of been the best kept secret ever lol.
But whatever the weather im gonna take 2 weeks off when ps4 is released and just gona submerge myself in it.

@Smoge: GTA 5 is coming this spring. It’ll already be out on PS3.
@Ernice Gilbert, GTA5 will run like San Andreas did on ps2. It will push the xbox and ps3 to the ragged edge.
GAT5 will be coming out in the spring on this gen’s consoles but not on pc until the end of the year. With the next gen of consoles supposedly to be using off the shelf computer parts.

GTA5 PC and the next gen consoles having the same release date, why would rockstar not cash in?

Ghost250, its only my opinion and only time will tell. I do however believe GTA5 will be a launch title for the next gen consoles and I would buy it. Even if I had already purchased it on the PS3.
