Hey Ernice im not ashamed to admit it, check the forums we are not the only ones! Ive said it many times before there are no games out there that gets you emotionally involved and connected to the carachters. It really is story telling at its utter best (IMO before anyone starts shooting me down) if you ever get round to sitting down and putting some time into this Ernice you will realise :)
The beauty of it too is you can sit round with family, friends, loved ones etc and all play it together, i know loads of people who have sat down with their wife / partner and played it together. Its more like an interactive film than a game. But obvioulsy bare in mind it pretty dam gruesome so needs to be played with adults only really lol

I Hear ya wolf, i have to admit the ending got me too. I had to stop and stare for a while and take it all in, then when the credits rolled up and that music kicked in..... just beatuiful, absolutely amazing
I can understand why you waited for all the episodes to be out before purchasing but the wait and the anticipation for the epsiodes kinda made it better. plus i love the beginning bit on each epsidoe "previously on the walking dead...." ha ha i just love it.

It was indeed a truly amazing game that no doubt deserve the GOTY award. I bought it about a month ago (I wanted all the episodes to be out, I'm the kind of person that'll get sucked in and play non-stop), and let me tell you that this game does not disappoint. The ending almost made me cry!

the first 2 episodes were free to ps users for about 3 months, (which was typical seen as i bought the season pass and then a week later signed up to ps !)
He's right though about the build up releasing the episodes gradually from from April to December and then exploding onto the market with the disc release and it winnning game of the year at the VGA's excellent maketing strategy thats for sure!
Makes me wonder that these "delays" between episodes releasing were deliberate to amek the most of the xmas market.
But yeah truly epic game, i defy anyone not to be moved or warmed to this game, episdoe 1 sets the story line and then episode 2 just grabs you by the balls and sucks you in. Unbelievable story telling by Tell Tale.

nice to see consumers DO want more than pew pew, big KABOOM!
now how about we continue this trend, and maybe manufactures will get the hint?
but that wont happen, you watch there will be plenty more games like this but they will struggle to break 2M units!
