You may have noticed the news on Games Thirst slowed a bit over the past few days, but that’s because it’s Christmas, people. The Games Thirst team stops reporting from here, till next year.
2012 has been a momentous one for us, as we believe we’re at a tipping point that will take us to the next level. We’ve been in talks with investors who are interested in Games Thirst: The Official Gamer Drink, and with each passing week, a deal gets closer. Once that happens, everything changes around here for the better.
We’ll send live the long-awaited site update that will include all-new site features, including communication amongst site members, a new, robust and unique comments section – and much more as we try to build something for you. I’m not unleashing too many details here, but rest assured next year will be very important for us.
We’ll include weekly articles on the site, bringing you some Game Of The Year articles and opinion pieces, as we go into 2013.
So merry Christmas, then. Do enjoy the season and we’ll see you in the second week of January. God bless you all!

@ernice, well not a contest, it was some give away 12 games to the 12 people who write about their story about a time they couldnt afford a game, the end date you had was for dec 31.

Oh it was ten not twelve
LOL, love the hig pic!

i wish GG would do a origin story for killzone as a launch title for the ps4, im really intrigued to see the races beginings, and such.
they always put out such interesting story videos, i remember just after 3 came out they released a video set before the original KZ of a guy on helgahn reporting back to earth pleading for their support and such, the air is so toxic and is killing everyone ect ect.
its such a shame that they have not enveloped the story at all, id love to see a origins story of how the higs came to be, why the ISA kicked them off vetka, and why they went back to a planet which is supposedly inhospitable.
oh yes. and a happy holidays to everyone.
gotta be politically correct…….
Love Gamesthirst. Keep up the awesome work guys. Looking forward to 2013 and the coverage you will bring us.
@Shadow: I remember! One of our past editors wrote a piece without my consent and I decided I’d still do something but a bit different. We’ll see what happens. Let me work on something! Merry Christmas!
@Penguinking47: Thanks! Bro! Merry Christmas!
@Nick: All I need is Killzone 4! Merry Christmas, bro!
id be hard to do a sequel especially considering how the game ended.
yea im interested to see who got off the crashed cruiser, allot of people are speculating it was radec hes not actually dead, but i doubt it seems a bit too cliche to me.
but how it ends with the war being over and the state of peace declared.
id much rather see a prequel dating back before the original killzone, and detailing the helghast history and why the ISA went after them.
id be cool to play as the higs for a change too.
Merry late Christmas everybody!
@ernice , lol ok sounds gudd
happy new year everyone!
cheers
