American Kids Want Wii U, iPad For Christmas

It’s funny how Nintendo manages to make useless its critics every new generation. They spoke trash about the Wii, it succeeded. They spoke rubbish about Wii U but you can’t find one anywhere because of shortages. Now, American youngsters want the console more than the iPhone and other popular devices.

According to a survey conducted by statistics firm Nielsen, nearly half of the kids in North America want an iPad for Christmas. The most wanted console for kids aged six to twelve, and aged thirteen plus, is Nintendo’s recently released Wii U console. The new system puts to shame the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 by a wide margin, according to the survey.

Americans always want the new shiny thing…not a testament to the WiiU…just the short attention span of American children

@benzo: We were all children once right? Although when I was a child I loved my dull coloured GameBoy colour. xD
