God of War: Ascension gets release date, and special editions

God of War: Ascension’s release date has been revealed! UK & Ireland will get their hands on the game on March 15, 2013, Australia & New Zealand on March 14, and the rest of Europe on March 13. The North American release date has not been confirmed, but I suspect it will be March 9-10.

Also, the two special editions are as follows:

Collector’s Edition:
- 8” Kratos figurine
- Steelbook case
- Digital soundtrack
- PS3 Dynamic Theme and Avatar pack
- Double XP for multiplayer
- DLC Pass for future DLC

Special Edition:
- Steelbook case
- Digital soundtrack
- PS3 Dynamic Theme and Avatar pack
- Double XP for multiplayer
