So to conclude, Console gamers arent patient and dont enjoy a challenge, that is what you said right?
how can you come out with an assumption that all 100million plus wii users, 70 million xbox users and 68 million ps3 users Dont have the patience to play a “MMO” game?

And as for console players not having patience there are plenty of games out there that requires patience and a “grind” mortal combat and Skyrim come to mind!

Never said no one does get them, but with either my main home’s 2.6mbps shitty connection or this 8mbps one, I never had any problems, and everyone I know owning a Vita hasn’t complained about that, plus PSO2 coming to it means the infrastructure is strong enough to handle it.

not saying no one will buy it, i just cant see enough putting up with the perma death and grinding the game requires.
for PC gamers thats par for the course, allot of PC games are a grind thats where they get their length from.
console games are a whole other kettle of fish, i cant see many putting up with it.

@Nick I don’t know about the popularity thing. I’m sure plenty of console gamers have heard of DayZ from various video games site, and want to try it out but can’t due to their PCs. As for the price, I can’t see it being more than $40 (if that). As for the whole PC gamers have more patience, I’m confident some console gamers have the same amount and want a challenge. If they didn’t why would Dark Souls and Ninja Gaiden be popular? Like Christos I have all the consoles and a gaming PC, and I always play on the hardest mode in games, even before I got my gaming PC. And like Ghost said, Phantasy Star Online 2 is an MMO and is coming to the vita.

Nick, you can’t be more wrong on that. I’ve played Mortal Kombat and Burning Skies on my Vita, used Skype and Youtube a lot, and didn’t have the smallest clue of lag. As Ghost said, PSO2 is coming to the Vita.

Plus, you’re wrong on that last line, as Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls would like to have a word with you about “patience” and what “console gamers” are willing to go through for a game that deserves it.

And PS: console gamers are not a breed of their own, I’m gaming on all 3 consoles and my gaming PC, do I qualify as a worthless servant named console gamer or the master PC race?

cant have it on the vita its a MMO!
vita cant even stream a 5 minute utube video without laging like dial up!
let alone a game, let alone a MMO!
i cant see this coming to consoles, it wont be as popular on consoles and it will cost too much.
i really dont think theres much of a fanbase for it though.
PC gamers are MUCH more patient than console gamers, they enjoy a challenge and enjoy the style of dayz, the permadeath.
if this came to consoles it would not do well simply because console gamers are not going to put in that commitment and just dont have the patients!
