Tearaway, new IP from Media Molecule

Tearaway, new IP from Media Molecule

Sony managed to spark a lot of interest in the Vita, with new property. Media Molecule revealed a new, Vita exclusive (at least for now) IP called “Tearaway”, starring a paper-guy named Iota. The hero is in a world made of paper, and using the Vita’s functions, you can manipulate everything in the environment with what the developer described as “godly powers”. There was also gameplay shown, where the game was revealed to be a 3D platformer, in the vein of LittleBigPlanet in terms of art style, gameplay and more.

MM said they were sick of doing platformers and they wanted to dive into something different, so they go and do this!
    sigh.
i wish they would take on a different genre, something different all they have been doing is freaking platformers!
